in India some regions are rich in certain of resource but deficient in some other resource . do you agree with statement support your answer ​

yes we are agree with this statement because of following reasons

(1) States like JK, chandigarh MP are rich in coal and minerals but lack of technology and institutional support.

(2) AP has abundant water resources but lacks of infrastructure development.

(3) Rajasthan is well endowed with wind and solar energy but lacks of water resources.
