Hey mate..
========

The correct option is :--

D) Can be controlled by adopting national family welfare programmes

Reason:--

The population growith of India is not stable and it has been growing in an enormous amount since independence. ( 1951 - 2011 )

This growth of population is directly linked to natural growth of birth and death rates and inter-state or intra-state migration coming about in the state. But , the migration taking place in India is not enormous and it is growing at a normal rate. If we see the census data, it will come to light that the population of India is mainly growing due to increase in birth rates rather than death rates.

This is happening for the following reasons:--

1) People in certain villages are illiterate.

2) Widening Gap between Birth and Death Rates.

3) Low age at marriage.

4) Religious attitude towards Family planning.

5) Improved medical facilities and public health services .

So , In order to control the rapid growth of migration or population We need to control by adoptinhi national family welfares.
