Open A) is correct.

The sperms move after ejaculation at a rate of about 2 to 4 mm per minute (inside female body) while traveling to fertilize an ovum.  This is the speed in a fluid medium.  They may be slowed down to 1 mm/minute in some cases.

Knowing that the size of sperm cells is about 40 to 50 microns, the speed of 1 mm/minute seems quite fast.
