Location of the Kidney:

• Option “C” is correct i.e. left kidney is at a higher level than the right kidney.

• In man, the two kidney lies such that the left kidney is at a higher level than the right kidney.

• The kidneys are a pair of organs found alongside the posterior muscular partition of the abdominal cavity in the retroperitoneal space. The left kidney is situated slightly higher than the right kidney, due to the bigger size of the liver on the right side of the body.

Hope it helped.....
