No dear it will not be calculated compoundedly.
So, it only solve by this method
The interest for the next one year, I.e. the third year ,has to be calculated.
By taking rupees 8820 as principal the S.I. for the next year will be calculated.
using S.I= (PRINCIPAL×RATE×TIME/100)
S.I= Rs(8820×5×1/100)=Rs 441.
