No,Because in power sharing there are different institutions but in class there is only one institution

yes , this type of cases we can able to see in or election of our state, country and also in world wide democracy countries . here we can see so many parties and leaders will change according to people decision . like our country people were elected modi of BJP party but this can't be follwed in schools
