In notice writing,are we supposed to assume aur designation if it is not mentioned???icse english

NO.

Only at the email we are supposed to write our designation.

The designation is written at the end of the email.

This is not present in notice writing.

Notice writing provides for light information about the event and refers to everyone unlike email.
