In nour school there are 2500 students . If 2/5 of them are girls, find the number of boys in the school.

total number of students= 2500

no. of girls= 2/5 of 2500

= 2/5× 2500

= 2× 500

= 1000

Therefore, no of boys= 2500-1000= 1500
