Advantages-speeds the sending information, electronic mail{ email, Gmail etc..} , text messaging systems speed up sending information within a second.

Disadvantages- very expensive to install information technology in a big organization. unsafe ,since information is centralized under one database, exposed to people with wrong intension with in an organization, information can also be attack by hackers or virus ."
