If you're doing mono acting, with a time limit of 2 mins, always remember to act on the main dialouge or the main part of the story (particular scenes from the novel).
If you do the whole story, there are chances that you might get some dialouges forgetten and the attention goes away and you might not finish within the time limit, as it makes others boring.
So, better have the particular scenes of the novel and get deep into the character, forget everyone is seeing you so that you capture everyone's attention.
Good luck! Am sure you're gonna be perfect in the acting =^.^=
