neon has high boiling pt.because it has completely filled valence shell..abmnd thus more heat is req.to break this attractive forces....

As we know boiling point increases as we move across a period with increase in atomic number. So Neon is a noble gas and it has higher atomic number than Oxygen . So boiling point of Neon is more than that of Oxygen....
