Desirable qualities of Ravi's boss:

From Ravi's point of view, the boss might be wrong since he did not grant leave for him. But to think from the boss's point of view, he might have to refuse Ravi's leave proposal because of workload and escalation.  

The qualities that are desirable in a boss are:

i) Trustworthy

ii) Meticulous attitude

iii) Problem-solving

iv) Oratory skills

v) Willing to take risk
