c=c'k
here c is initial capacitance before introducing dielectric constant k
c' is capacitance after introducing dielectric constant k
:. 4=80k
k=4/80
k=0.05

Dear Student,

● Answer -

Dielectric constant = 20

◆ Explanation -

# Given -

C = 4 uF

C' = 80 uF

# Solution -

Let k be dielectric constant introduced.

Capacitance before (C) and after introducing dielectric (C') are related by formula -

C' = k × C

k = C' / C

k = 80 / 4

k = 20

Hence, dielectric constant of material introduced is 20.

Thanks dear. Hope this helps you...
