We know that,

Opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal

Therefore Angle A=Angle C=70°(see figure)------(1)

Then, Angle B=Angle D-----(2)

Sum of angles of a parallelogram=360°

A+B+C+D=360°

Using (1) and (2),

70°+70°+B+B=360°

140°+2B=360°

2B=220°

B=110°

Angle B=Angle D=110°

Therefore,

Angle B=110°

Angle C=70°

Angle D=110°
