name the vertices of paralleogram with ABCD either in clock wise or anticlock wise direction .
given M and N are mid points of AB and CD respectively.
Though paralleogram looks different from rectangle, both are same when it come to the length of opposite sides.
so if we connect M and N , MN line becomes parallel to one of the side. Hence it becomes a paralleogram.
Sorry I dont know if there is any mathematical proving for this
