Answer:

(SO3)2- has total -2 charge being delocalised on three oxygens, hence formal charge of oxygen = (-2/3) & S-O bond order = 1 + (1/3) = (4/3)

(2) (ClO2)- has total -1 charge being delocalised on two oxygens, hence formal charge of oxygen =(-1/2) & Cl-O bond order = 1 + (1/2) = (3/2)

(3) (PO4)3- has total -3 charge being delocalised on four oxygens, hence formal charge of oxygen = (-3/4) & P-O bond order = 1 + (1/4) = (5/4)

(4) (SO4)2- has total -2 charge being delocalised on four oxygens, hence formal charge of oxygen = (-2/4) =(-1/2) & S-O bond order = 1 + (3/6) = (3/2)

(5) (CO3)2- has total -2 charge being delocalised on three oxygens, hence formal charge of oxygen = (-2/3) & C-O bond order = 1 + (1/3) = (4/3)

(6) similarly for (NO3)-; formal charge of oxygen = (-2/3) & C-O bond order = 1 + (1/3) = (4/3)

(7) For benzene, Formal charge on carbon = zero & C-C bond order = (1 + 1/2) = 3/2

(8) For Graphite, formal charge = zero & Bond order = 1+ (1/3) =1.33 (here only two structures are shown, but clearly one more structure will be there; since around any carbon here, you see there is only one “pi” bond & three bonds are available on which it can be delocalised)

(9) Now, bond order for different bonds of naphthalene, (it has three equivalent resonating structures)
