Answer : Option B: 25 cm is correct answer

Solution:

ATQ

m∠P + m∠Q = m∠R

It can only possible if R is a right angle. so ∠P = 45 and ∠Q = 45°

Given that PR = 7 cm

QR = 24 cm

look at the picture attach, you are able to know that base and perpendicular are given and we have to calculate hypotenuse.

 PQ = \sqrt{PR^{2} + RQ^{2}}  \\  \\ PQ = \sqrt{7^{2} + 24^{2}}\\ \\=  \sqrt{49+576} \\ \\ =\sqrt{625} <br />PQ = 25 cm
