ii) Find the value of a, b, and c given in the figure by using the properties of the triangle.

in triangle PQR

60 + 40 +(55+c) = 180(angle sum property)

c= 180-155

c=25°

now in triangle PQS

60+55+a = 180(angle sum property)

a= 180-115

a= 65°

a+b=180 ( linear pair)

65+b= 180

b= 115°
