HAS: This is a singular anomalous verb that can be used whenever the subject of the sentence is singular as the Concord rule states. Example: The man (singular subject) has gone (past participle of “go") home.

HAVE: This is a plural anomalous verb that can be used whenever the subject of the sentence is plural. Example: The men (plural subject) have thrown (past participle of “throw") away the stone.

we use have been with ing in main verb with plural subjects as they,we,you , all etc

has been with singular subjects as ram seeta , he she etc
