In quadrilateral ACBD,
AC = AD and AB bisects ZA

To prove :△ ABC ≅△ABD

Proof : In △ABC and △ABD

AC = AD ( given )

∠CAB = ∠DAC ( AB is a bisector)

AB = AB (. common)

By SAS Congruence △ABC ≅△ABD

We can say that by cpct BC = BD
