AD=BC=3=x-y
and CD =AB=x+y=9 so solve thia two eqn ,u will get
X=6 and Y=3

as opp sides of a rectangle are equal.
so , x+y=CD=9 (AB=CD)
x-y=AD=3 (BC=AD)
by elimination method, adding both the equations.
x+y+x-y=3+9
2x=12
x=6
by putting value of x in 1st eq
6+y=9
y=9-6=3
x=6
y=3
