In rectangle ABCD
AC = 29 cm
CD = AB = 21 cm
Then In right ΔABC
By Pythagoras theorem,
     AC² = AB² + BC²
     BC² = AC² - AB²
     BC² = (29)² - (21)²
     BC² = 841 - 441
     BC  = √400
     BC  = 20 cm    (taking Positive Root)

Perimeter of Rectangle ABCD = 2(AB+BC)
                                                 = 2(21+20)
                                                 = 2(41)
                                                 = 82 cm

:) Hope This Helps!!!
