In RNA nitrogen basis are same as in DNA except

yes in RNA all the three nitrogen bases are same but except the thymine
in Rna thymine in dna is replaced by the uracil
which reduces the stability of the rna 
but the thymine in dna is really stable 
so uracil in rna is exception

no tis not same there is uracil in place of thymine
