In rt triangle abc right angled at B TanA =4/3 find all trignometric ratios

let the perpendicular and base be of 4k and 3k units.
see the triangle in picture
by Pythagoras theorem we have
(4k) {}^{2}  + (3k) {}^{2}  =  {h}^{2}  \\ 25 {k}^{2}  =  {h}^{2}  \\ h = 5k \: and \:  - 5k
but length can't be negative
so triangle becomes
of side 3k 4k 5k
now
 \sin(a)  =  \frac{4k}{5k}  =  \frac{4}{5}  \\  \cos(a)  =  \frac{3k}{5k}  =  \frac{3}{5}
