as kinetic energy is produced due to motion , it is low in solid substances .. solid substances have less space between their particles and doesn't allow them to move but only to vibrate on their positions
.. that's why, kinetic energy is low in solids.

Answer: lowest kinetic energy

Because solids are tightly packed and vibrate in place, they have the lowest kinetic energy. Because liquids have a larger kinetic energy than solids, the particles slide past one other.
