because in summer land is hotter than sea when warm air above the land rises up the air above the sea comes to fill it's place.thats why in summers wind blows from seas towards land.

In summer the wind blows from seas towards the earth because in summer land heat up faster than sea and thus starts losing heat because of which air above the land heats up and rise up because if which a low pressure is created above the land. But the air above the sea is still cool so it has a high pressure. We know the air travel from high pressure area to low pressure area. So wind or air blow from sea to earth.....
