AB=BC

angle B=angle C

sum of 3 angles in a triangle =180°

36°+x+x=180

36+2x=180

2x=180- 36

2x=144

x=72°

angleABC=72°

angle ACB=72°

angle ACB+angle ACE=180°(Straight line)

72+x=180

x=180- 72

x=108°

angleAEC=108°

from triangle ACE

sum of 3 angles =180°

40+108+x=180

148+x=180

x=180-148

x=32°

angle EAC=32°
