In the adjoining fig ABCD is a parallelogram. Then it's area is equal to .DC-3cm,BD-4cmAB-3cm

We know that AB is parralel to CD and BD is parallel to AC.

So, BD=AC

4cm=AC

Area of parallelogram=height * base

=3*4

=12cm sq.
