By the properties of rhombus,We know that;

Sum of adjacent angles of a rhombus is equal to 180°.And opposite angles are equal.(i feel some mistake is there in question,but this is the method)

 \implies \angle CDA +  \angle BAD = 180 \degree

 \implies  \angle CDA + 70 \degree = 180 \degree

 \color{orange} \therefore \angle CDA = 180 \degree - 70 \degree = 110 \degree

HOPE THAT HELPS!!
