By the theorem :
parallelogram and a triangle lieing on same base and between same parallels are equal in areas..
so, parallelogram BXAC and triangle BXA lie on same base and same parallels so their areas are equal..
Then...
similarly ||gm BXAC and parallelogram BAYC areas are equal.
same in parallelograms BAYC and triangle ACY. make all these equations and automatically area triangle BXA and the area of triangle ACY will b equal.....
