Answer:Here in this question we do not require to apply a complex method of Pythagoras theory and then solving the quadratic equation thus formed it can be done simply as follows----

Sinα=X/√13

Sinβ=5-x/√13

Sinα+sinβ=x/√13+5-x/√13

=x+5-x/√13

=5/√13 Answer.u
