AB∥CD [ Given ]
∠ABO=50o [ Given ]
∠ODC=40o [ Given ]
Draw a line l such that,
AB∥EF∥CD
AB∥EF and BO is a tranversal.
∴ ∠ABO=∠BOE [ Alternate angle ]
∴ ∠BOE=50o
EF∥CD and OD is transversal.
∴ ∠EOD=∠CDO [ Alternate angle ]
∴ ∠EOD=40o
⇒ ∠BOD=∠BOE+∠EOD=50o+40o
∴ ∠BOD=90o
