radius=3.5cm

Perimeter=2πr/4
Area=πr²/4

Perimeter=2×22/7×3.5×1/4
=2×22×0.5/4
=44×0.5/4
=11×0.5

Area=πr²/4
=22/7×3.5×3.5×1/4
=22×0.5×3.5/4
=22×1.75/4
=38.5/4
