radius of circle =3.5 cm

arc length where theta is 90 deg=(2*22/7)*r/4

                                                      =(2*22/7)*3.5/4

                                                      =5.5 cm

perimeter of the quarter of the circle =5.5+2*r

                                                              =5.5+2*3.5

                                                              =5.5+7

                                                               = 12.5 cm answer
