In ΔABC ,

∠ABC + ∠BAC + ∠ACB = 180°  [Sum of the ∠s of a triangle is 180°]

or, b + 40 + 30 = 180

or, b = 180 - 70

or, b = 110°

∠ACB = ∠DAC = 30°  [Alternate ∠s are equal]

In ΔACD ,

∠ACD + ∠CAD + ∠ADC = 180°

or, 40° + 30° + c = 180

or, c = 180 - 70 = 110°
