4mg-2T =4ma/2=2ma
T-mg =ma
4mg - 2m(a+g) =2ma
4g-2a-2g =2a
a =1/2g
Now speed of mass m2 at d =2h
V^2 = 2as
V^2 =2*1/2*g*2h =2hg
V^2 =2gs
2hg = 2gs
S =h
So max h =2h+h =2h=3*0.2=0.6m
