in the book it's written that pure metal from anode dissolves into electrolyte, but on anode impure metal was placed then how pure can be dissolved from it

My friend,
Impure metal means metal which has impurities sticked over its surface.
Therefore during electrolysis pure metal dissolves in electrolyte from the anode since the anode is made the impure metal.
