In the circuit diagram shown, the two resistance wires A and B are of same length
and same material, but A is thicker than B. Which ammeter will indicate higher
reading for current? Give reason.

Answer: resistance is inversely

proportional to Area

So in this case A is thicker and has more area compared to B hence A less lesser resistance

And V= IR so at constant V I is inversely proportional to R

Hence A having least resistance it has more current and higher ammeter reading

Answer:

A will glow more than the B

Explain:

a has lesser resistance so it will glow more and B will glow less because he has thicker resistance
