In the day time when we go to the sea the air blows towards us and does not go towards the sea because in day time land hot up faster than sea and thus looses its heat because of which air above the land became hot and rises up and create low pressure. But the air above the sea is still cool and have a high pressure.

As we know air travel form high pressure to low pressure. The air above sea rushes towards land .
