CHARACTER SKETCH OF :
Mrs. Al Smith is an actress from America she came there for making her films and she wanted to buy the Villa bcz she want to live near her studio. "She is proud to be an american". This sentence can be proved by the following sentences:
1.France men could not do anything or any deal without convincing from ten peoples.
2.France men always think about the past and we Americans always thing about the future.
Gaston is a very clever man as he do not want to buy the Villa in the starting but finally he very cleverly done the deal with Mrs. Al Smith in Three Hundred Frances. After that done the deal with Juliette in two hundred frances. And also taken the painting made by carot as a bonus.
Juliette was a very simple Lady. She just wanted to sale her villa at any price. She gave the lowest price to Gaston by he was not ready on that even. In my views Juliette was a better business men.
Jeanne was the wife of Gaston. She wanted to buy the Villa especially for her parents as they came on her home in the April. First she was ready for buying the villa but after seeing the Villa she didn't want to buy the Villa.
