in the figure 20, is the bisector of angle BOD. if angle 1 = 70 degree, find the magnitudes of angle 2 angle 3 and angle 4. ​

Answer:

1 = 70°

so angle bod= 70+70=140°

now angle 2 = BOD + 2= 180° (linear pair)

so angle 2= 180 - 140 = 40°

now angle 3 = 3+2= 180° (linear pair)

so angle 3= 3+40° = 180

3= 140°

now angle 4= 3+ 4 = 180° (linear pair )

so angle 4= 140 +4 = 180° (linear pair)

4=40°.
