Yes Angle B = Angle C
Reason =
As in the figure above
Given
Side AB = Side AC (given)
Angle BAD = Angle CAD (as Ad bisect angle A)
Side AD = AD (common)
Then from SAS congruency
∆ BAD is congruent to ∆CAD
then By CPCT
Angle B = Angle C

In triangle ABD and ABC,
AB=AC (given)
angle BAD = angle CAD (as D is the bisector of angle A)
AD=AD (commen)
Therefore,Triangle ABD is congurent to triangle ABC by SAS congurence rule.

So,AB=AC (By CPCT)
