x = 50°   and     y = 50°

Step-by-step explanation:

ABCD is a rhombus => All sides are equal

in ΔABD , AB=AD => isosceles triangle => ∠ABD = ∠ADB

∴ 80+x+x = 180(angle sum property)

=> x = 50°

Adjacent angles are supplementary in a Rhombus

∴80+x+y=180

80+50+y=180 (x=50°)

y=50°
