in the figure AD and BC intersect at E if AB = DE and BD = CE prove that AB equal to CD​

AB=CD [Given]

∠B=∠D [Angles in the same segment]

∠A=∠C [Angles in the same segment]

∴△EAB≅△ECD [ASA criteria]

∴BE=DE [CPCT]

and AE=CE [CPCT]
