Consider triangle BAD .
Sum of 3 angles = 180
Angle D = 104
And angle A = 3x angle B
Therefore 180-104=76 and 76/4= 19 ( divide by 4 since 3 parts of angle B and one part of angle A
Therefore angle BAC=57 degrees
Now angle DBC= 180-(65+57)-19=39
And angle CDB= 180-104=76 degrees
