the angle of the incident = angle of reflection.

⇒∠CBQ=∠ABP...(i)

Since, PQ is straight line

∴∠ABP+∠ABC+∠CBQ=180°

⇒∠ABP+∠ABC+∠ABP=180°

[from (i)]

⇒2∠ABP+46 ° =180°

⇒2∠ABP=180°−46° =134

⇒∠ABP= 134°/2

⇒∠ABP=67 °
