In the figure,the parallel lines L and M are cut by a transversal N. If angle 1 and angle 2 are (5x-10)° and (3x+60)° respectively, then find the measures of angle 1 and angle 2. (hint. angle 1 is located at MN and angle 2 is located at LN)

Since L and M are parallel and N is transversal.
Angle 1 and angle 2 are supplementry i.e
Angle 1 + Angle 2 = 180 deg.
5x-10+3x+60=180
8x+50=180
8x=130
x=130/8=16.25
So, angle 1=5x-10=(5*16.25)-10 deg.
angle 1=81.25 deg.
angle 2=180-81.25=98.75 deg.
