                             = 28 x 14

                             = 392 sq.cm

Area of the 2 circles = 2 x πr²

                                  = 2 x 22/7 x 7 x 7

                                 = 2 x 22 x 7

                                 = 44 x 7

                                =  308 sq.cm

Shaded area = Area of rectangle - Area of the 2 circles.

                     = 392 sq.cm - 308 sq.cm

                     = 84 sq.cm
