Liberalisation (or liberalisation) is any process whereby a state lifts restrictions on some private individual activities. Liberalization occurs when something which used to be banned is no longer banned, or when government regulations are relaxed to solve government problems we have to use liberalisation as it helps in a huge way to save country from debt trap

The term "liberalization" is most often used in discussing economic liberalization, which refers to the reduction of state involvement in the economy, but it can be used in other contexts as well.

After the Independence of India, the initial focus of the government was towards economic stability.

This was because India was a new sovereign country, with not sufficient enough production processes to sustain its own economy viably.

As a result of this the focus was on planned development.

In the later stages once the stabilization was complete, the focus was shifted to the liberalisation of the market, thereby promoting economic growth.
