Question:

In the following question, a sentence has been given in Active/Passive voice.

Out of the four alternatives suggested, select the one which best expresses the same sentence in Passive/Active voice.

The Sentence:

You are making your life more difficult.

This sentence indicates present continuous tense as this action is going on.

Answer:

Option (A) Your life is being made more difficult by you is the correct one.

Explanation:

B) You yourself make your life more difficult.

This is not in continuous tense and therefore it's wrong.

C) Your life had been made more difficult by you yourself.

had been made refers the past perfect continuous tense but the question is in present continuous tense.

And hence, it's wrong.

D) Making of your life more difficult has been done by yourself.

has been made refers the present perfect continuous tense but the question is in present continuous tense.

And hence, it's wrong.

And therefore, Option (A) Your life is being made more difficult by you is the correct one.
